② Construction Details of Polyurethane Waterproof Coating:
Before painting the inward-tilted foundation structure, its surface turns grayish-white, the moisture content of the casting surface is below 10%, and it must wait 24 hours after the operation before proceeding with the polyurethane waterproofing work.
③ Waterproofing Protective Layer Working Details:

Local bumps and deformation are permitted. The deviation of the inner surface radius of the bottom ring wall at a height of one meter from the bottom is allowed to be measured. When the inner diameter is less than or equal to 12.5 meters, the deviation should not exceed ±13mm; when the inner diameter is greater than 12.5 meters but less than 45 meters, the deviation should not exceed ±19mm.
