Belt ScaleDuring use, some issues are inevitable. Resolving these problems is our focus. Here are some solutions to the issues:

No speed signal: Check the speed sensor to see if there is a speed output. When the speed sensor is running, the signal will flicker. If this does not occur or the signal light flickers unevenly, adjust the proximity switch position promptly. If there is still no speed output, there is an issue with the speed sensor, and it should be replaced and adjusted promptly.

Inaccuracy in Speed: Incorrect speed variation. There may be too large a gap between the speed measurement sensor and the object being measured, and it needs to be realigned. The speed is incorrect. Remeasure the belt length and time, and rebuild the test cycle within the instrument.

System Glitch: Buttons are non-responsive, no change in traffic.

Reason: External interference led to the instrument's inherent failure.

Test:

Inspect each insertable integrated circuit for secure installation.

(2) Check the voltage of each board for normalcy.

(3) Check if the wiring on the mainboard connection terminals is secure

Inconsistency in the repeatability of belt scale calibration is mainly observed during the installation of the weighing frame. We need to ensure the frame is stable and check if the nuts are properly tightened. Additionally, we must verify if the hanger for the weights is loose.
