Ironing Utensil Applications:

Iron separators are primarily used to remove ferromagnetic impurities from non-magnetic materials, purifying the material or protecting finer equipment in downstream operations (such as Raymond mills, vertical crushers, roller compaction mills, etc.), and are applied in industries including thermal power generation, cement, chemicals, food, building materials, papermaking, metallurgy, mining, and coal.


2. Ironing Utensil Categories:

3. Ironing Tool Selection Guide:

When selecting an iron separator, users should first consider factors such as conveyor belt type, belt width, belt speed, and inclination angle, as well as the properties, humidity, particle size, and thickness of the material. Additionally, the amount of iron in the material, the particle size and properties of ferromagnetic materials, iron removal requirements, operating environment (temperature, humidity, dust, corrosiveness, etc.), the characteristics of the iron separator itself, the installation location, and space dimensions.

When the iron content in the material is high, it is advisable to use the continuous automatic de-ironing RCDC, RCDD, and RCDF series self-unloading electromagnetic de-ironers; RCYC series self-unloading permanent magnet de-ironers; RCT series permanent magnet drum; and CFLT series electromagnetic drum.
