The eddy current strong magnetic separator equipment generates an alternating magnetic field through the high-speed rotation of a fixed magnetic field, which induces eddy currents perpendicular to the magnetic flux in the conductive material. The eddy currents in the conductive material generate a mirror magnetic field opposite to the induced magnetic field, exerting a repulsive force on the conductor, thereby separating it from the material. Suitable for the classification of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as non-metals in the recycling of waste aluminum. It has a large processing capacity and high recovery rate.

High-intensity eddy current strong magnetic separation equipment has a magnetic field strength twice that of conventional separators, offering excellent separation for various non-ferrous metals, improving efficiency by approximately 10% compared to standard equipment, and effectively separating non-metallic materials from non-ferrous metals automatically.


Operating Principle

The principle of the eddy current strong magnetic separator is a sorting technique that utilizes the differences in magnetic induction intensity generated by the conductivity of various materials. Its sorting principle involves the use of a strong magnetic system roller rotating at high speed, creating an alternating magnetic field. When conductive metals pass through the magnetic field, eddy currents are induced within the metal. These eddy currents produce an alternating magnetic field that is opposite in direction to the field generated by the magnetic system roller. Non-ferrous metals (such as aluminum, copper, etc.) are ejected in the opposite direction along their conveyance path due to this counteraction, thereby separating from other non-metallic substances like glass and plastic, achieving the sorting objective.
