PVDF pipe installation: Before installing the upright pipes, a plumb line should be used to ensure the upright pipes can pass through the pre-drilled holes without obstruction (otherwise, adjust the pre-drilled pipe holes until the upright pipes can pass through). Also, determine the location of the upright pipe brackets on the wall to ensure the pipeline's verticality meets the requirements of Table 5.2.16 in GB50242-2002. Based on the floor height, installation height of the drainage branch pipes, installation height of the vertical inspection ports, and the position where the PP pipe meets other drainage pipes, select the appropriate PP pipe fittings. After determining the pipeline installation sequence (either from top to bottom or bottom to top), assemble the brackets while pre-preparing the connecting pipes. Once the brackets are installed, tie one end of the pre-prepared connecting pipe to a rope for hanging installation, which helps reduce the operational load and speeds up the pipeline installation.
PVDF Pipe Material Measurement, Marking, and Positioning: Based on the actual site conditions, draw the installation path of the PP pipeline according to the construction drawings on the construction site. Refer to the specifications to reasonably determine the installation spacing of the pipe supports and hangers, as well as the actual positions on-site. Draw a simple and clear installation connection diagram of the pipeline for the next process. Installation of Pipe Supports and Hangers for PVDF Pipe Material: Reasonably determine the installation positions of the supports and hangers according to the pipeline path. The spacing of the pipe supports and hangers should meet the requirements of Table 5.2.9 in GB50242-2002, and ensure that all pipe fittings are not subjected to force and meet the requirements of the drainage pipe slope. When using metal pipe clamps for the supports and hangers, a rubber pad should be used for protection between the clamp and the pipe bracket.
