The Bright Annealing Furnace is a medium-sized industrial kiln, shaped in a long strip. The rolling mill of the vehicle factory originally used an oil-fueled sub-high-speed burner for the continuous bright annealing furnace in the axle forging workshop, primarily for heating and casting train axles post-forging, and it is one of the key equipment in the forging workshop of the vehicle factory.
Strengths
Easy to use, tailored to the production environment.

3. The furnace body's major repair period is guaranteed for over five years, and the maintenance of easily damaged parts such as the furnace door and burners is convenient.
Flaw
1. High fuel consumption, low efficiency, and severe environmental pollution.
2. Issues caused by push steel tracks and the like are frequent, leading to difficult repairs and affecting production.
3. Low level of automation control, with a high scrap rate, typically around 12%.
Enhancement Measures
The modified bright annealing furnace features three temperature zones. Workpieces are pushed into the furnace's first zone—the heating zone—by a pusher rod. This zone is equipped with four burners, arranged in alternating rows on both walls, supported by arches made of refractory bricks, allowing for double-sided heating. Ahead lie zones two and three—the isothermal zones, both with four burners arranged at the same height on both walls. All eight burners are of the low-pressure eddy current type. A spacer beam is installed between zones one and two. The furnace is topped with a refractory fiber blanket, and both the sides and bottom are constructed with bricks. A high-pressure fan supplies both combustion air and exhaust blast. Regulatory valves and flow orifice plates are installed on the gas and air main lines, as well as on the exhaust blast main line. A microcomputer control system, indicating instruments, and protective devices are also provided.
