The debugging of Siemens PLC programs can be divided into two processes: simulation debugging and on-site debugging. It's crucial to conduct a thorough check of the PLC's external wiring first. There are no issues with the external wiring. For safety reasons, the main circuit is disconnected. A pre-written test program is used to scan and power up the external wiring to locate any wiring faults. Once confirmed that the wiring is correct, the main circuit is reconnected, and the simulation-debugged program is sent to the user's storage for debugging. This continues until all parts function normally and can coordinate to complete the overall control function.
