Effluent treatment outcomes from ore processing:
Increase the reuse rate of wastewater treatment.
2. Recovery of useful metals from wastewater
Reduce wastewater discharge volume.
An experiment was conducted using anionic polyacrylamide products with a molecular weight of 1000-1400 on ore processing wastewater, revealing significant effectiveness. The experiment confirmed that cationic polyacrylamide is not necessary for treating ore processing wastewater, as it is entirely treated with anionic flocculants. Additionally, anionic polyacrylamide is much cheaper than cationic polyacrylamide, making it an ideal choice. Anionic polyacrylamide is a water-soluble polymer. Due to the presence of a certain number of polar groups in its molecular chains, it can adsorb suspended solid particles in water, bridging particles or causing them to coagulate into larger flocs through charge neutralization.
