1. Due to the fact that colored wefted fabric is dyed yarn before weaving, it has the characteristic of amplifying fluff. The process flow of warp and weft yarns is as follows: Warp yarn: raw yarn -- warping -- dyeing -- sizing -- weaving. Weft yarn: raw yarn -- loose winding -- dyeing -- tight winding -- weaving. Since colored wefted fabric uses yarns that are all dyed, the process is lengthy, and during the winding and dyeing process, fluff increases significantly, easily leading to fluff clumping into thick spots, affecting the fabric surface quality, and even causing the fabric to be downgraded. 2.
