The causes of the "color stain" issue on fabric surfaces: On dyed fabrics, there appear regular or irregular stains with similar shapes and sizes, or none at all, that match the color of the dyed fabric, known as color stains. The causes of color stain defects generally fall into three aspects:

The Aggregation of Dyes: Dye molecules aggregate into larger dye aggregates (also known as dye aggregates) due to direct collisions. These larger dye aggregates deposit onto the fabric during the dyeing process, resulting in color stain defects. During the dyeing's color development (or fixation) process, strong attractions between dye molecules lead to aggregation, which can also cause color stain defects. Their characteristic is distributed and irregular.

Dye Tar Formation: Dye tar formation refers to the process where dye particles and surfactants coalesce into a tar-like substance under high temperatures. Color Stains on Fabrics: During the dyeing process, improper handling, foaming agents, and other factors often lead to color stains floating on the surface of the dye solution. If these stains are not treated and carried onto the fabric by the foam, they can cause sticky, stained spots. For instance, when using Hanchang Blue sulfide dye for roller dyeing, excessive foam and vigorous stirring during the dyeing process can cause blue foam to be absorbed into the fabric roll, adhering to the fabric and forming stains.
