The direct measurement method of temperature sensors is suitable for testing moisture-wicking and cooling fabrics. First, the sample to be tested is placed in an oven at 70℃ to dry, then it is transferred to a temperature and humidity controlled incubator (temperature 35+-0.5℃, relative humidity 27%+-3%). Next, 0.5mL (35+-0.5℃) of water is dripped at the center of the sample, and the sample is quickly folded to position the temperature sensor in the center, securing it with a clip. Temperature readings are recorded every 5 minutes until the 60-minute mark. The temperature-time curve can be obtained based on the recorded temperature data. The lower the low point temperature on the curve, the more pronounced the cooling sensation; the lower the temperature at the end of the test, the longer the fabric maintains its coolness.
