It is a post-processing textile technique where the fabric is treated in a liquid ammonia solution after shaping, effectively improving the fabric's structure, significantly enhancing its hand feel, fiber toughness, and wrinkle resistance!

Limitations of ammonia liquid processing:

Investment Heavy: The liquid ammonia finishing process features a complete production line and matching equipment, with a high price tag (about 30 million yuan), primarily concentrated among a few large-scale garment fabric enterprises nationwide.

2. Safety: Anhydrous ammonia is a hazardous material. A complete liquid ammonia processing line requires high standards for enterprise qualifications and safety protection, which is difficult for most companies to achieve.

3. High fabric cost: Significant investments and stringent production conditions, coupled with high entry barriers, result in finished fabrics treated with liquid ammonia being much more expensive than standard fabrics.
