Fabric沾上undissolved alum powder, soda ash, and other solid substances. 4. Dropping water on the dyeing material before drying. 5. Staining from auxiliaries during the softening and finishing processes. Solutions: Strengthen pretreatment, ensuring the pretreatment aids do not easily form calcium and magnesium soaps, and that pretreatment is even and thorough (this relates to the selection of refining agents, penetrants, chelating dispersants, silk finish penetrants, etc.). Alum powder, soda ash, etc., must be dissolved well before being added to the vat, and production management must be strengthened.
