Resource Utilization of Dyeing and Finishing Wastewater: Dyeing and finishing wastewater is characterized by high color intensity, variable COD levels, high alkalinity, poor biodegradability, and significant temperature fluctuations, making it one of the main sources of water pollution in China today. Currently, the resource utilization of dyeing and finishing wastewater is less than 10%, significantly lower than that of other industries. Treating denim processing wastewater allows key indicators such as CODcr, suspended solid concentration, pH value, and color intensity to meet the standards for process water or recycled water reuse in various production processes.
