① Not using cotton yarn in the order of production dates; mixing batches and factories. Pre-treatment management is chaotic, with poor quality control of singeing, and batches and production dates are not marked after singeing.

② Operator error in weaving, including incorrect yarn placement, incorrect yarn change, incorrect yarn threading after breaking, and failure to replace yarn after elastane spandex filament breakage.

③ The equipment is operating in a suboptimal state, with poor equipment tuning. There is severe wear on the sedimentation strips, sedimentation triangles, and weaving needle triangles, and there is a significant deviation in the cylinder's central axis.

④ Inadequate tension during roving, resulting in regular horizontal streaks on the fabric surface; poor condition of the circular machine's yarn delivery disc and yarn delivery unit can cause wider horizontal streaks on the fabric.
