The poor condition of dyeing and finishing equipment, with eccentric and bent roller bars, poor roundness, and defective screen sets on the printing machine can result in cross stripes on the fabric surface.
② The cross-bar caused by dyeing and finishing parking, due to inattention during operation, prolonged parking time, roller remaining on the fabric surface, and dye stains appearing, the cross-bar becomes more pronounced after the fabric surface is dried.
