Causes of Dark Spot Formation:

During pretreatment, the fabric's oil stains were not fully removed, resulting in a darker coloration at the stained areas during dyeing.

Too much foam in the dye bath, with the foam mixing with the fabric, flower sweater, and dye mixture.

Detergent defoamer causes dark oil spots.

Tar-like substances adhere to the fabric in the dye vat.

⑤ Dyes coagulate under various conditions, forming dark spots.

⑥ Excessive calcium and magnesium ions in water binding with dyes and adhering to fabrics.

Approach:

During pretreatment, an oil remover is added for refining.

② The dyeing auxiliaries utilize low-foam or foam-free additives.

③ Choose defoaming agents that are not prone to oiling, add chelating agents to improve water quality, and add solubilizing dispersants to prevent dye aggregation. Clean the tank promptly.
