The phenomenon involves localized creasing damage on the fabric surface due to improper dyeing and finishing or voltage treatment processes. These creases cannot be removed even after ironing, resulting in clear fold marks. (Fold marks that flatten when tension is applied to the fabric surface are not considered defects.)

Reason:

The fabric to be dye-sublimated developed creases during the pretreatment process, which were not fully eliminated during the setting stage.
