To achieve a clean, bright appearance and soft texture for clothing, a bleaching wash is necessary. This involves washing the clothes with clear water after the regular wash, then heating the water to 60°C. Depending on the depth of the bleaching color, an appropriate amount of bleaching agent is added, ensuring the color is consistent within 7-10 minutes. During the operation, the direction of adding the bleaching agent should match the direction of the drum rotation to prevent localized bleaching due to the agent not being sufficiently diluted with water. Before bleaching, the drum should be slightly filled with water to facilitate dilution. After the bleaching is complete, the remaining bleach in the water is neutralized using baking soda (Na2CO3) or baking powder (NaHCO3) to stop the bleaching process. Following a final rinse, add detergent, fluorescent brightener, hydrogen peroxide, and adjust the pH value for softening treatment at 50°C.
