The cause of silicone oil stain: The pH level of the fabric surface is not neutral, particularly alkaline, leading to silicone oil demulsification and oil floating. Poor quality of the treatment bath water, with high hardness, causes silicone oil to float in water with a hardness greater than 150 PPM.

Silicone oil quality issues include poor emulsification (poor choice of emulsifiers, inadequate emulsification processes, excessively large emulsion particles, etc.) and poor shear resistance. Opt for silicone oils that are resistant to shearing, electrolytes, and pH changes, but pay attention to the application method and environment of the silicone oil.
