Air jet spinning does not use spindles; it relies on multiple components such as the card roller, spinning bowl, and false twist device. The card roller is used to grip and card the fibrous roving supplied, and its high-speed rotation generates centrifugal force to throw the fibers out. The spinning bowl (a small metal cup) rotates at a speed 10 times faster than the card roller, creating centrifugal force that pushes air out of the cup. According to the principle of fluid pressure, this causes cotton fibers to enter the air-jet cup and form a fiber stream, continuously moving along the inside wall of the cup. At this point, there is a yarn end outside the cup, pulling the fibers from the inside wall and connecting them. Along with the spinning bowl's high-speed rotation and the drilling effect created by the yarn tail, it's as if feeding cotton fibers while simultaneously搓捏 yarn, connecting it with the fibers on the inside wall of the cup. Under the tension force of the bobbin, the yarn is continuously stretched and output, completing the air-jet spinning process.
