Modal is a cellulose regenerative fiber developed by Austria's Lenzing AG, made from high modulus粘胶 fiber with high moisture content. The raw material is beech wood sourced from Europe, which is first processed into wood pulp and then transformed into fibers through a specialized spinning process. The product is made entirely from natural materials, is harmless to the human body, and can decompose naturally without harming the environment. Modal fibers are produced by processing wood pulp from European shrub forests through a specialized spinning technique, making them a type of cellulose fiber. Like cotton, they belong to the category of cellulose fibers and are pure natural fibers.

Modal products, known for their excellent softness and moisture absorption, lack the crispness of other fabrics. They are predominantly used in the production of underwear.
