To achieve a clean, bright appearance and soft texture for garments, a bleach wash is necessary. This involves washing the clothes with clear water after the regular wash, heating the water to 60°C, and adding an appropriate amount of bleaching agent based on the depth of the color. Within 7-10 minutes, the color should match the standard. During the operation, the direction of adding the bleaching agent should be the same as the direction of the drum rotation to prevent localized bleaching due to the agent not being diluted with water quickly enough. Before bleaching, the drum should have slightly more water to facilitate dilution. After the bleaching is complete, neutralize any remaining bleach with baking soda (Na2CO3) or sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) in the water to stop the bleaching process. Once the water is drained, add detergent, fluorescent brightener, hydrogen peroxide, and adjust the pH for washing and softening treatments.
