Discussing Pre-Construction Preparations for Breathable Plastic Track Construction Sites
The 13mm breathable plastic track laying process employs a two-step construction method. The bottom black rubber granule layer is spread at a thickness of 10-11 millimeters, then cured. Afterward, a mixed layer of 2-3 millimeter thick EPDM granules and the same surface paint is sprayed onto the black rubber granule layer.

(2) Description of the Construction Plan
① Ingredients, Mixing:
Upon the arrival of the construction crew, the first task is to inventory all materials, listing their types and quantities, and then present the list for the supervisor's signature.
b. Inspect machinery such as mixers and feeders for proper operation, and repair any issues promptly. Conduct spot checks on the materials on-site, creating a test sample for each batch. Discontinue use if materials are found to be deteriorated or discolored. If there is sedimentation, ensure it is evenly distributed.
Ensure the ingredient area remains clean and hygienic during preparation. Do not discard sticky residue or debris carelessly to prevent environmental contamination.
d. Ingredients personnel must carefully check the types and models of raw materials, ensuring they match the requirements on the construction site before placing the materials on the feeding rack, arranging them neatly with the bucket openings facing down for standby use.
When releasing materials, first release the gas inside the drum, then open the drum lid, and pour the adhesive into a clean drum.
f. The black rubber granule base control is at 10-11mm, with a construction ratio of: prepolymer to black rubber granule = 1:8. The catalyst is appropriately dosed, varying with temperature changes, generally 0.2% of the prepolymer.
When mixing the A and B groups, it's important to follow the sequence. First, pour the A group into a clean mixing drum, then add the B group according to the formula requirements. However, be careful to pour the A and B group adhesives into the center of the bottom of the mixing drum, avoiding dragging, splashing, or leaving residue at the edges of the drum to prevent the solidified adhesive from being used on the construction site, which could lead to negative consequences.
h. Mix the prepared A and B group adhesives uniformly. After achieving even mixing, add the specified amount of catalyst according to the formula, and continue to stir. Once uniform, add black rubber granules and stir again until mixed. After achieving uniformity, stop stirring. This adhesive can then be sent to the construction site for laying. The mixing process should not be too long or too short, ideally 2 to 3 minutes. Keep a record of the batches of ingredients for material usage statistics.
During the blending process, the ingredients must be blended according to the formula. No one is allowed to alter the material ratios, nor add any solvents or arbitrarily adjust the amount of catalysts.
j. Ensure the speed of ingredients is accurate and swift, to guarantee the quantity of materials at the construction site. Prevent long gaps to avoid the situation where materials solidify before being laid, which could affect quality.
k. Thoroughly clean up the work area after all ingredients are finished.塑胶跑道球场
