A Brief Overview of Pre-Construction Preparation for Breathable塑胶Track Construction Sites
The 13mm breathable plastic track laying process employs a two-step construction method. The bottom black rubber granule layer is spread with a thickness of 10-11mm, and after curing, a mixed layer of 2-3mm thick EPDM granules and the same surface paint is sprayed over the black rubber granule layer.
Process Diagram:
Site cleaning → Waterproof base paint application → Adhesive layer coating → Black rubber granule sub-layer spreading → Curing → Surface layer mixing → Blending and stirring → Surface layer spraying → Measurement and marking → Inspection point line checking → Completion.
(2) Description of the Construction Plan
Ingredients, mixing:
Upon the arrival of the construction crew, the first step is to inventory all types and quantities of materials, compile a list, and have the supervisor sign off on it.
b. Inspect machinery such as mixers and feeders for proper operation, and repair any issues promptly. Conduct spot checks on materials on-site, producing a test sample for each batch. Discontinue use if materials are found to be deteriorated or discolored. If there is sedimentation, ensure it is evenly distributed.
c. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the ingredient preparation area. Do not discard or place adhesive-laden debris randomly to avoid environmental contamination.
d. Ingredients personnel must carefully check the types and models of raw materials to ensure they match the requirements at the construction site before placing them on the material rack, arranging them neatly with the bucket openings facing down for standby use.
When releasing materials, first release the gas inside the drum, then open the drum lid, and pour the adhesive into a clean drum.
f. The black rubber granules base thickness is controlled at 10-11mm, with a construction ratio of: prepolymer to black rubber granules = 1:8. The catalyst amount is appropriate, varying with temperature changes, typically being 0.2% of the prepolymer.
When mixing the A and B groups, follow the sequence; first pour the A group into a clean mixing drum, then add the B group in the required proportions. However, be careful to pour the A and B group adhesives into the center bottom of the mixing drum, avoiding dragging, splashing, or leaving any residue at the drum's edge. This is to prevent the solidified adhesive from being accidentally poured into the construction site, which could lead to dire consequences.
h. Mix the pre-mixed A and B liquid uniformly. After achieving even mixing, add the specified amount of catalyst according to the formula, continue to stir, and then add black rubber particles while stirring. Once evenly mixed, stop stirring. This adhesive liquid is ready for on-site installation. The entire mixing process should not be too long or too short, generally around 2 to 3 minutes is ideal. Also, keep a record of the batches of ingredients for material usage statistics.
During the blending process, the ingredients must be blended according to the formula. No one is allowed to alter the material ratios, nor add any solvents or arbitrarily adjust the amount of catalysts.
The ingredient supply must be accurate and quick to ensure the proper amount of materials at the construction site, preventing any long gaps to avoid material solidification before it is properly laid out, which can affect quality.
k. Thoroughly clean the work area after the ingredients are finished. Artificial turf track on the playing field.
