6. First, individually insert the scale indicator plate, spring bracket, spring, and flat washer into the screw, ensuring they are tightly seated against the arm. Then, tighten the tension nut into the screw about two turns.

9. Secure the top bolt on the stabilizer arm (3 bolts per unit)

10. Adjust the tension nut, apply the appropriate tension force (adjust according to the working condition), and engage the anti-backoff nut.
