Flatting Machine

Leveling machines, also known as straightening or flattening machines, are placed between the material rack (or cutting and welding machine) and the feeding machine, used for leveling and feeding rolled materials. They are commonly used equipment in sheet metal processing. The design of leveling machines mainly depends on the thickness, material, and requirements of the material to be straightened. Thicker materials require higher structural rigidity, fewer rolls, larger roll diameters, and higher power (with a fixed width), vice versa.
