Equipment Functions and Features:
1. The rubber capillary rheometer is a computer-controlled, intelligent, constant-pressure capillary rheometer. It operates under both constant pressure and constant speed conditions, measuring the extrusion rates of various capillary sizes under different pressures at various heating rates and temperatures. The computer records extrusion rates, pressures, and heating temperatures, automatically calculates viscosity values, and plots curves, printing out a complete report.
2. To determine the fluidity and curing speed of high polymer materials. It also measures the viscosity and rheological activation of high polymer melts, enabling research on the process conditions for melt spinning.
3. It can measure performance indicators such as the softening point, melting point, flow point, viscosity, and activation energy of the flow of high polymers, as well as the curing temperature of thermosetting materials.
4. Temperature Control System and Performance of Control Methods*, beneficial for measuring the changes and related properties of high polymer materials at different temperatures. This instrument is controlled by a computer and plots experimental curves, displaying real-time curve changes, and provides data for equations such asagen-poiseuille, Rabinowitsch, and melt flow rate.
5. Utilizes load application with reasonable design, computer-controlled for continuous loading with high control precision and excellent stability. The capillary rheometer can plot stress-strain curves and plasticization curves of polymer materials, measure the temperatures of softening point, melting point, and flow point, and print out a complete report with the plotted curves.

The original dimensions were 680mm (length) x 400mm (width) x 1690mm (height). After the latest upgrade, the dimensions have been reduced to 580mm (length) x 320mm (width) x 1213mm (height), with a more pleasing color scheme.
This instrument's mechanical transmission components use imported ball screw, offering higher transmission efficiency, more stable operation. Enhanced with an imported servo control system and servo motor, the instrument's longevity, precision, and durability are improved, greatly satisfying user needs.
