1、Geotechnical EngineeringGeotextile bags can only be cut with a geotextile knife (hook knife). If cutting is done on-site, special protective measures must be taken for other materials to prevent unnecessary damage due to cutting the geotextile bags.
2、On layingGeotechnical EngineeringWhile using the bags, take all necessary precautions to prevent damage to the layer of materials below.
3On laying outGeotechnicalWhen filling bags, be cautious not to allow stones, excessive dust, or moisture, and other substances that could damage the bagging fabric, block drainage channels or filter meshes, or cause difficulties in subsequent connections, to enter the bagging fabric or beneath it. Conduct a visual inspection of all bagging fabric surfaces to identify any damaged areas, mark them, and make repairs. Ensure that the laying surface is free of foreign materials that could cause damage, such as broken needles, etc. Under normal circumstances, there should be no horizontal connections on the slope surface (connections must follow the contour of the slope without intersecting it), except for the repaired areas. The stitching thread must be made of material identical to or superior to that of the bagging fabric, with a clear color difference between the stitching thread and the bagging fabric for easy inspection.
