The oil leakage issue with the disk brake for lifting and lowering cargo elevators is a relatively common problem. It is primarily caused by the quality of O-rings and other damages. The solution is to replace them with TP-type brakes.

The oil cylinder and O-ring damage between the brake cylinder and plug allow high-pressure oil to leak out from the gap between the cylinder and piston. It then flows through the gap between the cylinder and筒体, and the gap between the筒体 and the bracket, eventually reaching the exterior of the brake.

Causes of damage to O-rings include:

The frequent relative movements between the plunger and cylinder cause the O-ring to wear.

2. The piston surface has excessive roughness. The chamfers and edges are not smooth, causing the O-ring to be scratched when the piston is pushed into it.

During the assembly of the disc brake, the piston was inserted into the O-ring too quickly, causing damage to the O-ring.

The solution is: promptly replace seals upon discovering oil leakage.

Technical upgrades can be performed on the conditional lifting and lowering platforms, replacing the O-rings with polyurethane seals. These seals offer superior sealing performance and a longer service life.
