The guide rail elevator is a hydraulic lift designed for vertical transportation of goods between floors. This equipment employs a side-mounted hydraulic cylinder for lifting, while chains and steel cables pull the loading platform vertically upwards. Once it reaches the target height, it automatically levels with the floor through a limit switch.
The equipment can be configured in either a four-track or dual-track format, depending on the specific on-site conditions.
The gantry crane features a scientifically and reasonably designed structure, allowing the control of equipment lifting and lowering on each floor. It also offers optional hydraulic and electrical multiple safety protection measures, ensuring smooth operation, simple and convenient operation, high safety, and excellent cost-performance ratio.
The equipment has low installation requirements and is suitable for various installation environments. It can be installed outdoors, indoors, in shafts, through floor openings, on mezzanine platforms, and more, regardless of the presence of a foundation pit. Moreover, it doesn't demand high ceiling heights or an existing machine room on the top floor. In short, any environment that is not suitable for elevator installation can accommodate a guide rail lifting machine.
The loading platform size of the guided elevator can be customized from several square meters to even tens of square meters; the loading capacity ranges from a few hundred kilograms to 1 ton, 1.5 tons, 2 tons, up to tens of tons, even hundreds of tons; and the lifting height can be designed and manufactured from a few meters to tens of meters. Its flexible adaptability ensures that the equipment can meet the needs of various installation environments and different customers' cargo transportation.
