[Product Introduction]

The surface layer is an anti-static porcelain tile flooring, featuring a full-steel component construction. The bottom surface utilizes Baosteel-grade stretched steel plate, which is stamped into shape with top and bottom steel plates.

The bottom features reinforced rib design, with the steel plate surface perforated. The tiles are first affixed to the steel shell, followed by a single-cast cement grouting, ensuring nearly 100% contact area between the cement and tiles, achieving a truly effective bond. The assembly includes thick steel square supports and square crossbeams, with screw-fastened construction.

【System Assembly】

The ceramic antistatic flooring system consists of panels, beams, and supports. The beams and adjustable-height supports are securely connected to form a stable lower support system with screws, and the panels are embedded within the grid formed by the beams.

【Performance】

1. Elevated 60 cm with No Pressure: Supports up to 200 kg, featuring 0.8mm galvanized reinforced beams, 3mm/2mm thick upper and lower trays, providing a firm ground contact, making the elevated surface as stable as flat ground.

Each plank weighs over 20 kilograms: The heavier the floor, the thicker the steel plate meets the standard.

3. Standard Aerial Height: 10-30 cm (options include 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 cm). The total height from ground to the floor covering surface is considered the completed aerial height.

Accessories: Full steel floor with standard yellow posts, all other floors are white, thick galvanized posts; copper mesh in common specifications (28*0.05mm).

1.2m x 1.2m laying forms an overall conductive network, connected to the grounding system, achieving comprehensive anti-static protection for the entire server room.

The traditional tile floor manufacturing process involves mixing cement with adhesive and bonding tiles to steel plates after they have been grouted. Due to the simplicity of this bonding method, tiles are prone to falling off during transportation and use, affecting normal operation.

Based on traditional craftsmanship, our factory employs new techniques, enhancing the bottom design with strength. The steel plate surface is perforated, and the tiles and steel shell are first secured before a single cement grouting is performed, achieving nearly 100% contact area between the cement and tiles, ensuring a truly effective bond.
