To meet customer needs, aluminum exhaust grille panels can be integrated with various systems and are applicable in the following diverse locations: manufacturing plants; laboratories; clean rooms; measurement rooms; data centers; printing rooms; and computer centers.
The base structure is adaptable to various types of flooring, with steel supports that can be adjusted to any height to meet user requirements. All supports are galvanized and undergo advanced reinforcement treatment, enhancing their bending strength. The bottom plate of the supports can be bonded to the underlying ground or secured with screws as needed. The anti-vibration pads at the top of the supports secure the flooring installation and provide noise reduction; these pads are conductive, and can be bolted down for fixed positioning if the floor needs to be frequently lifted. Beams can increase the lateral stability of the entire flooring structure. Beams can also be added later as required, and screws can be used to further secure the position of both supports and beams. U-shaped beams are generally used to enhance the lateral stability of the flooring structure. C-shaped beams, in addition to reinforcing lateral stability, also increase the load-bearing capacity of the flooring structure.

Air pressure and airflow beneath the activity floor are adjusted according to the completed floor height and room requirements, via the distribution of outlets and the handles placed on the outlet panels.
