Calcium sulfate antistatic flooring is made using non-toxic, unbleached plant fibers as reinforcing material, combined with the solidified calcium sulfate crystals, and produced through a pulse pressing process.

The base material is selected as calcium sulfate, with a surface layer of high-wear and antistatic HPL or PVC facing. The edges are sealed with conductive rubber strips, and the bottom layer consists of: 1) galvanized steel plate, 2) printed aluminum sheet, and 3) flat aluminum sheet.
