Chimney stack

"Chimney towers," also known as "torch towers," are primarily used to burn off flammable gases generated during the production processes of oil, petrochemical, refining, chemical, natural gas, fertilizer, and chemical enterprises. These gases are often non-recyclable, toxic, flammable, and explosive, posing certain hazards. The towers convert these gases into non-hazardous ones before releasing them into the atmosphere.

1. High-altitude Torch

Heights typically range from several dozen meters to over a hundred meters, with the tallest in China already reaching 180 meters in height and in production operation.

By construction type: Elevated Torch (Tower Torch), Self-Supporting Torch, Rope Pull Torch.

2. Ground Torch:

Primarily refers to a closed flue gas combustion unit with burners set on the ground and surrounded by enclosed structures. High-altitude torches are cost-effective but occupy more space, whereas ground torches are the opposite.
