1. Maintenance and care of the surface of cold storage panels
Dip a soft cloth in a neutral cleaner to wipe away dirt from the interior and exterior surfaces of the storage unit. Use a damp cloth to remove any remaining cleaner from the storage board, then dry the board with a soft, dry cloth.
Be cautious not to use cleaners with abrasives or corrosive agents, nor to wipe embossed aluminum panels with alcohol.
2. Sealant Edge Maintenance and Care
Regularly inspect and maintain the sealant edges of cold storage doors, ensuring cleanliness to prevent deformation and cold air leakage. In case a tension lock seal plug is missing inside the cold storage, it should be promptly replaced to prevent water seal entry into the insulation layer.
3. Maintenance and Care for Heating Coils
To ensure the normal operation of manganese ore and heating filaments on the balance windows, prevent them from freezing and malfunctioning.
4. Maintenance and care for cold storage door installation components
Inspect and tighten the screws on door hinges, locks, handles, and panels, etc. Since the turning parts of the door hinges have been lubricated with grease before shipment, it is recommended to lubricate them once every three months.
5. Warehouse Maintenance and Upkeep
Items in the storage should leave air flow passages to allow the cold air from the cold air blower to form a circulation; the cold storage should be cleaned and disinfected regularly to maintain cleanliness and prevent the growth of bacteria.
