Ding Su and Steel Guider Plate Stroke Control are unified in the yarn winding process. As the tube yarn diameter varies, the tension of the yarn also continuously changes. To maintain stable tension, the mirror speed should be adjusted, i.e., when the tube yarn diameter is small, the chopstick speed should be reduced, and conversely, the dumpling speed should be increased. Due to the high strength of the yarn, it is generally common to adjust the chain speed according to the height position of the steel guider plate along the yarn tube (corresponding to the bottom, body, and top of the tube).
Our transmission systems sometimes utilize the standard AC asynchronous motor SPWM variable frequency speed control device. The Puhuan P189 series, through its AC motor variable frequency speed controller, is an advanced product that achieves stepless speed adjustment of AC asynchronous motors using microcomputers from the 1980s and SPWM technology, and operates in the VVVF "AC-DC-AC" voltage type. The block diagram of the Puhuan P189 variable frequency inverter is shown in Figure 6-1.
The program control generator is composed of a high-performance microcontroller 8031 at its core, as illustrated in Figure 6-2.
The steel guide plate stroke control is sometimes achieved through mechanical switches and infrared photoelectric controllers. The control block diagram for key speed and steel guide plate stroke is shown in Figure 6-3.
2. The logic control circuit of the Ring Knitting Machine's yarn feeding system, as well as the control circuit of the opening machine, not only meet the aforementioned requirements but also provide short-circuit and overload protection for the motor. In the event of a fault, it can stop the machine immediately and trigger an alarm signal to ensure the machine stops safely.
