The chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy bars shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 3620.1. When the buyer conducts re-inspection, the allowable deviation of the chemical composition shall meet the requirements of GB/T 3620.2.
2: The diameter or side length of the hot-rolled bar stock and its allowable deviation should comply with the specifications in Table 1.
3: After hot processing and turning (grinding) bars, as well as cold rolling and cold drawing bars, the diameter tolerance should comply with the specifications in Table 2.
After hot processing and turning (grinding) the bar stock, the out-of-roundness should not exceed half of its size tolerance.
5: The random-length processing titanium bar is 300-6000mm, and the annealed random-length bar is 300-2000mm. The fixed or multiple-lengths should be within the random-length range. The fixed-length tolerance is +20mm; the multiple-lengths should also account for the bar's cutting allowance, and the fixed or multiple-lengths should be specified in the contract.
