The inter-phase insulation resistance between sliding wires and flexible cables, as well as the resistance between each phase and ground, must be greater than 0.5MΩ.
Inspection Methods: Use a multimeter test or review test records.
2. The centerline of the sliding wire must be kept consistent with the actual centerline of the crane track, as well as the horizontal or vertical distances between the supports of the same sliding wire. The deviation should not exceed 1/1000, and the maximum should not exceed 10mm.
Inspection Methods: Actual measurement or review of installation records.
3. The sliding leads are securely fastened on the insulators, with smooth connections and strictly no rust allowed on the sliding surfaces. The connection between the sliding leads and the conductors must be soldered or galvanized.
Inspection Method: Visual examination.
4. Insulators are free of cracks and defects, and the washers between the brackets are complete. The brackets are installed flat, firmly, and with even spacing, featuring uniform paint color. The threads of the connecting bolts are exposed 2 to 3 threads from the nuts.
Inspection Method: Visual inspection.
5. The installation of slip connections should comply with the following regulations:
(1) Gaps of 20mm are left at expansion joints and maintenance sections. The ends of the sliding joints are smooth, with a bottom difference not exceeding 1mm between the two ends.
(2) The areas painted with lacquer or colored paint are correctly colored with no missed spots. The indicator lights are functioning normally.
(3) The slider operates smoothly throughout its full travel without significant sparks. Inspection Method: Observe or review the installation trial run records.
(4) Corrosion prevention on metal parts is even with no omissions. Inspection Method: Observation check or review trial operation records.
The slider installation is even and firmly fixed, with a smooth sliding surface and good contact. The slider center does not exceed the edge of the slider connection during movement. The slider moves freely without any sticking. Insulators are intact. Inspection Method: Observation and trial operation check.
(6) Metal racks below 3.5 meters in height have reliable grounding; the cross-sectional selection of grounding wires is correct. There are no missing connections in the grounding wires. Inspection Method: Visual inspection.
