Wastewater Sludge Mixing Agitator

The Duwan JBJ-1100 Vertical Sludge Agitator System is a system that utilizes a dosing agitator and a reaction pond, along with paddle agitators.-The medicament agitator consists of a motor, a planetary gearbox (with a planetary gear set), an agitator shaft, and agitator blades. Once the motor is powered on, it drives the agitator shaft and blades to rotate. This rotation of the medicament agitator propels the water movement within the reaction pool, ensuring that the medicament and water are fully mixed and react, thereby shortening the mixing time and significantly enhancing the efficiency of the medicament usage.

 Cautionary Notes ：  

1  The medication agitator must be installed and used correctly to ensure safe and stable operation over a long period.

2  Installation personnel should be qualified and knowledgeable in mechanical equipment installation to carry out the installation work. 

3  Pharmaceutical dosing stirrer should be installed vertically; the deviation in verticality should not exceed5Degrees.

4  The medication mixing system strictly prohibits mixing solids and liquids with high viscosity.

5  Motor and bearing temperatures must not exceed75Operates under °C conditions.

6  Motors, bearings, and gearboxes must not be operated without lubricating oil. 

7  The mixer shaft and blades must not operate under bending or deformation conditions. If bending of the shaft or deformation of the blades is detected, the machine should be immediately shut down for processing or replacement. 

8  Do not allow any debris to enter the reaction tank during the operation of the dosing mixing system to prevent damage to the mixer shaft and blades.  

9  If personnel need to enter the reaction pool for cleaning or maintenance, the motor power must be disconnected and a "Do Not Close" warning sign must be hung. A designated person must be on duty outside the reaction pool during manual tank cleaning and maintenance operations. 

10  After a period of operation, if there are sediments and impurities, or debris in the reaction pool's bottom, the system should be promptly shut down and flushed with clean water or manually cleaned to ensure the safe operation of the mixer.
