Conductor nominal diameter, aluminum conductor elongation, and allowable deviation are specified. The specifications for flat conductors, allowable deviations, and rounded corner radii r, along with their allowable deviations, are identical to those for glass fiber insulated wire. The insulation of paper insulated wire consists of at least 3 layers of overlapping wrapping paper. When more than 3 layers are used, the inner and outer layers should be overlapped, while the rest can be spaced, with the gap not exceeding 2mm. When the paper width is 9.5mm or more, the gap should not exceed 3mm. The supplier and buyer can negotiate while ensuring the insulation thickness. Other paper wrapping materials can also be used, such as polyimide fiber paper (Nomax). The insulation thickness of the paper insulated wire and the spacing of the winding are also specified. The standard under revision has added circular twisted wire with paper insulation.
Paper Packaging Line Performance:
The direct resistance of the paper-wrapped round copper wire should comply with the specifications. The direct resistance of the paper-wrapped round aluminum wire is under consideration.
2. After the paper-covered round wire is wound, the paper insulation should not crack or expose seams, with no obvious curled edges. After the paper-covered flat wire is bent, the paper insulation should not crack or expose seams, with no noticeable edge.
