Automatic Chip BreakageThe LFV low-frequency vibration cutting technology is a feature of Seiki Machine Tools' automatic chip breaking function. It automatically breaks off chips generated during the machine tool's processing, truly realizing unmanned machining of parts.

Automatic Chip Breakage Technology
Utilizing Seiko's control technology, the X and Z servo axes vibrate in the cutting direction. This vibration is synchronized with the spindle rotation while cutting. By setting "air vibration" time during the cutting process, the material is shredded and processed simultaneously. This method is an excellent choice for materials that are difficult to handle during the cutting chip process.
Effective materials include: chromium-nickel iron alloy, titanium, stainless steel, iron, copper, nylon, plastic, etc.

The LFV automatic chip breaking feature is now equipped on cincom A20, L20, and L32 machine tools, significantly enhancing both efficiency and processing accuracy.
