Installation Process for Integrated Water and Fertilizer Simple Drip Irrigation Equipment
One, Large Pipe Installation: Large pipes have a 1% shrinkage in length. When drilling holes for newly laid pipelines, it is necessary to reserve the shrinkage length to ensure that the water outlets do not align with the rows of trees in the future.
Two: Installing the branch pipe outlet parts: Use a hollow punch to make holes, be careful and do not make them too large. Try to insert the base part from the large pipe opening to prevent tearing the hole when inserting the base part. It's better to place the rubber pad lower than higher. Add a little soap water when tightening the screws.
Three, place the drip irrigation pipes, and try to create small ditches for the pipes. For large trees, place one pipe on each side, 30 centimeters inward from the outer edge of the shadow. For young trees, place one pipe near the trunk. The film irrigation pipes for the membrane garden are placed underneath the film.
Four, the water pipe joints are here where leaks occur. The plastic small clamps are tightened with pliers. However, due to the manufacturer's design lacking a seal at this point, some leaky areas are simply and easily secured with plastic binding twine.
Five, position the water pipes close to the trees to prevent leaks and waste of fertilizers.
