Thermal Treatment Temperature Controller for Weld Seam Heat TreatmentEngineering MethodologyIn installation engineering, the electric heating method has been widely used for heat treatment of pressure vessels and pipelines since the early 1980s in our country. At that time, the heat treatment equipment produced by some domestic manufacturers was primarily manually controlled: manually adjusting the phase shift potentiometer of the thyristor triggering circuit to control temperature by altering the conduction angle of the thyristor. Due to the heat treatment of all different materialsStandardizedTemperature curves require consistent heating and cooling rates, making it difficult to meet specifications with manual control. Not only is the labor intensity for operators high, but the quality of heat treatment also varies from person to person. In response, our company's engineering technicians have utilized microcomputer technology to develop the self-made HJC-2 temperature controller, effectively addressing the requirement for certain slope rates in heating and cooling. Over the past year, the HJC-2 temperature controller has been used to heat treat hundreds of weld seams, all achieving excellent heat treatment results.
This technology is applicable to the heat treatment of welds on pressure vessels and pipelines in the oil, chemical, and power industries under any circumstances.
(One)ProcessFeatures:
High automation levels ensure that after inputting the heating treatment standard parameters into the HJC-2 temperature controller, the entire heating treatment process is automatically completed, without the need for operator management.
2. Simultaneous heat treatment of multiple welds to different specifications, thereby shortening the construction period for heat treatment.
3. The heating and cooling are stable, with even heating and high precision temperature control, thus ensuring excellent heat treatment quality and avoiding the issues of overheating or insufficient heating due to improper manual operation.
4. Equipped with a complete set of electric heating workstations, it eliminates the need for repetitive and complex internal wiring, thereby accelerating the installation speed of thermal processing facilities.
