KM-71A-180 Composite Pipe Fitting Expander

The KM-71 series of tube shrinking machines is designed for connecting metal sleeves on oil field composite material hoses. The machine features a separate hydraulic unit and tube shrinking cylinder, facilitating transportation. It meets factory production needs while also being convenient for on-site pipeline maintenance and construction in oil fields. The hydraulic unit employs a combination of high and low-pressure power output, with a small size, light weight, and strong force. It can achieve rapid forward movement under no-load conditions and stable tube shrinking during operation. The tube shrinking cylinder uses a sliding track with dual cylinder openings, allowing the cylinders to be placed at any front-to-back position for ease of operation. The dual cylinder output provides a strong force, and the opening design is convenient for pipeline presetting and passage through large flanges. The tube shrinking mold is made of special material with heat treatment, offering high hardness, reliability, durability, and ease of replacement.
