The KM-65F is an elastic stripping machine that utilizes an elastic cutting device for stripping the outer rubber, allowing the stripping blade to smoothly follow irregular curves along the outer surface of the rubber tube's steel wire layer. This feature eliminates uneven stripping caused by eccentricity in the outer surface of the steel wire layer, effectively addressing issues like leftover rubber or damage to the rubber tube's steel wire during the stripping process. The machine is equipped with a separating bearing between the rotating arm and core rod, ensuring that the core rod does not rotate with the arm, thereby eliminating relative movement between the core rod and the rubber tube for safer and more stable operation. The machine features both main and auxiliary adjustment devices for the stripping blade, along with a ruler for convenient positioning. It also has an open/closed cover (cover for the stripping blade holder) power-off function, which effectively prevents accidental startup during blade holder adjustments or other unprotected operations, further enhancing operational safety.
