Submersible mixers, also known as submersible propellers, are designed for diluting sludge, industrial liquids, and other mixtures. They generate water flow during the wastewater treatment process, enhancing mixing functions, and preventing sludge sedimentation. They are categorized into submersible mixing mixers and low-speed submersible propeller mixers. So, how can we eliminate the failures of submersible mixers?
1. Swing arm or blade fracture
During the repair process, when the agitator is welded to the agitator shaft, ensure the electrode is close to the ground. The ground should not be connected to the mechanical base to prevent current from passing through the bearings or power components; if the blades are excessively worn, reducing the agitator's mixing radius will increase the agitator's power consumption while maintaining the same production efficiency.
2. Synchronizer oil leakage
If there is a leak in a submersible mixer, first check if the O-ring or O-ring seal is damaged. Inspect if the connecting bolts between the bearing housing and the housing are tightened. Check if the sealing gasket is used correctly.
3. Overheating of rotating components
Submersible mixers may experience overheating of the synchronizer, motor, or reducer.
