Today, most wastewater treatment plants have adopted repair and regular inspection methods. Regular inspections are an essential approach to equipment prevention and maintenance. They start from the actual condition of the equipment, utilize reasonable technical methods, extend the service life of the equipment, and ensure the equipment's state of being free from defects is continuously enhanced.
The operation procedures for single-machine equipment are divided into five major items:
(1) Mechanical Structure: Elaborate on the components and equipment of the main units, enabling operators to master all operational equipment, eliminate detailed locations of critical and fragile components, and implement key monitoring.
(2) Operating Conditions: The preparatory operations before equipment startup, ensuring detailed review of items, with the intention of the equipment running normally.
(3) Application Protection Requirements: Operators should be familiar with the basic skill conditions and operation requirements for equipment operation, as well as the abnormal signs prior to an accident, and understand the fundamental methods for accident handling.
(4) Common Issue Resolution: Analyzing the symptoms of equipment problems to identify causes and summarize repair methods. This section not only includes existing resources like textbooks but also supplements the summary of on-site practical experience. This not only ensures the operation of the machines but also significantly reduces the time for machine maintenance due to breakdowns, thereby enhancing production capacity.
