1. The "Application for Company Establishment Registration" signed by the company's legal representative.

The "Proof of Representation or Joint Proxy" signed by all shareholders (natural persons shall sign on their own behalf; for shareholders other than natural persons, the corporate seal shall be affixed); as well as copies of the ID cards of the proxies or joint proxies (signed by the individuals); specifying the specific matters entrusted, the powers of the proxy, and the duration of the proxy.
3. The company bylaws signed by all shareholders (natural persons sign personally; corporate shareholders stamp their official seal);
4. A copy of the main body qualification certificate or a natural person identity proof; (For shareholders who are corporate legal persons, submit a copy of the business license; for shareholders who are institutional legal persons, submit a copy of the registration certificate of institutional legal persons; for shareholders who are association legal persons, submit a copy of the registration certificate of association legal persons; for shareholders who are private non-enterprise units, submit a copy of the certificate of private non-enterprise unit; for natural person shareholders, submit a copy of the ID card.)
5. Copies of the appointment documents for directors, supervisors, and managers, as well as their identification proof; (Pursuant to the provisions and procedures of the Company Law and the Articles of Association, submit resolutions of the shareholders' meeting, resolutions of the board of directors, or other relevant materials. Resolutions of the shareholders' meeting are signed by the shareholders (for shareholders who are individuals, by their own signature; for shareholders who are not individuals, by affixing the corporate seal), and resolutions of the board of directors are signed by the directors.)
6. Original appointment documents of the legal representative and copies of identification proof; (Pursuant to the provisions and procedures of the Company Law and the Articles of Association, submit a written decision signed by the shareholders (natural persons must sign personally, corporate shareholders must affix their corporate seal), a resolution of the Board of Directors (signed by the directors), or other relevant documents.)
7. Proof of Residence (Submit a copy of the property ownership certificate if the property is owned; submit a copy of the lease agreement and a copy of the landlord's property ownership certificate if renting; if the property ownership certificate is not obtained, submit a certificate from the real estate management department, along with copies of the purchase contract and house sales permit; if the landlord is a hotel or restaurant, submit a copy of the business license of the hotel or restaurant.)
