A copy of the main qualification certificate or a copy of the natural person's identity proof; (for shareholders who are legal persons, submit a copy of the business license; for shareholders who are institutional legal persons, submit a copy of the registration certificate of institutional legal persons; for shareholders who are corporate legal persons, submit a copy of the registration certificate of corporate legal persons; for shareholders who are non-enterprise units established by private individuals, submit a copy of the certificate of non-enterprise units established by private individuals; for natural person shareholders, submit a copy of the ID card.)

Copies of the appointment documents for directors, supervisors, and managers, as well as their identity proof; (Pursuant to the provisions and procedures of the Company Law and the Articles of Association, submit resolutions of the shareholders' meeting, resolutions of the board of directors, or other relevant materials. Resolutions of the shareholders' meeting are signed by the shareholders (natural persons sign personally; for shareholders other than natural persons, a corporate seal is affixed), and resolutions of the board of directors are signed by the directors.)
6. Copy of the legal representative's appointment document and proof of identity; (Pursuant to the provisions and procedures of the Company Law and the Company's Articles of Association, submit a written resolution signed by the shareholders (natural persons shall sign personally, corporate shareholders shall affix their corporate seal), a board resolution (signed by the directors), or other relevant documents.)
7. Proof of Residence (Submit a copy of the ownership certificate for self-owned properties; for rented properties, submit copies of the lease agreement and the landlord's property ownership certificate; for properties without ownership certificates, submit a certificate from the real estate management department, or copies of the purchase contract and the housing sales permit; for hotels or restaurants, submit a copy of the business license.)
